Fitculator Athletes Privacy Policy

Fitculator Athletes (hereinafter referred to as "Company") respects the freedom and rights of data subjects and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws to process personal information lawfully and manage it safely.

  • Device information (OS, browser, etc.)

3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information under relevant laws or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from data subjects.

  • Member Information: Until membership withdrawal (except when retention is required by relevant laws)
  • Service Usage Records: 3 years
  • Access Records: 3 months

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, the Company processes personal information within the scope specified for the purpose of collection and use, and does not process beyond the original purpose or provide to third parties without prior consent from the data subject.

5. Consignment of Personal Information Processing

Currently, no personal information processing tasks are consigned to third parties. If consignment occurs in the future, it will be disclosed in accordance with relevant laws.

Data subjects may exercise the following personal information protection rights against the Company at any time:

7. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or achievement of processing purposes.

8. Security Measures for Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, regular employee training
  • Technical measures: Access control for personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems, encryption of unique identification information, installation and updating of security programs
  • Physical measures: Access control for computer rooms and data storage rooms

9. Personal Information Protection Officer

The Company designates a Personal Information Protection Officer to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and handle complaints and damage relief related to personal information processing:

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from the effective date. When there are additions, deletions, or corrections to changes according to laws and policies, notice will be given through announcements from 7 days before the implementation of changes.
